"Wow, what a delightful surprise. The property is an amazing well-preserved and well-furnished early 19th century estate, converted into a B&B. Jean (our host) was extremely amiable and a wonderful conversationalist. She accommodated our late arrival (sorry!) and showed us directly into a living room with a roaring fire. Served a full Irish breakfast the following morning. I'd definitely stay again - and bring others."

It's a lovely rural location in tipperary and you can't beat the peace and quietness of the countryside here. Taxi drivers are available and Avril will provide you with the details if needed. "Maginstown house is perfect for large family groups. It is beautifully quiet and yet in easy reach of lots of interesting towns, cities and countryside. The house is brilliantly equipped with everything you could possibly need, including of basic kitchen staples. Nicholas is an excellent, thoughtful host for whom nothing is too much trouble. A gem of a place! "
