"Just spent a week at The School House and loved it. Everything you need is there in this comfy cosy wee house, which was scrupulously clean with Covid 19 in mind. High Force is nearby and Eggleston Hall Gardens too. If you like cheese, try Teesdale Cheese Company near Copley for a wide range of cheese made on the farm and other local produce like pickles, chutneys, jams etc. I hope I can come back to the School House again Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo"

"Property was larger than expected. It was clean and well furnished and provided a lovely break. Its in a very remote location, which is what we were looking for. Very dog friendly. some noise from the property upstairs but wasn't too intrusive."

"Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,...

"Incredible location for walking and enjoying swaledale. House is comfortable and well provisioned, fantastic host. Whole place could do with a deep clean though and the mattress is knackered 😂 We had a great time"
