"The property is very unique. We really enjoyed the pool and the amazing location right at the edge of the surfing bay. Our house rental had three floors so all the couples had a kitchen and bathroom. The elevator was very helpful for our travellers with mobility issues."

"Had a great time with family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the Lanai. Very clean and open. We were disappointed about the pool next to the unit being closed for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We only got to use it our 1st day. Lucky for us there was another pool to use. I did buy a couple of extra towels for the 2nd bathroom. The front door sticks and had to figure out how to lock it but over all had a great time. Thank you"

"Nicest place!Right on the ocean. We loved the panoramic ocean view! It's like looking at fire, watching the ocean, you can lose yourself in it! We slept with big patio doors open, it was just like being right on the beach. The sound, the smell, the waves lapping against the sand! Sublime!!Everything in this condo is new, the owners have thought of everything! We can't wait to come back next year! Loved this condo!Fully equipped kitchen. The bidet toilet was such a luxury! Great beds and linens. Big TV to stream movies at night. Air cond was nice for one night that was a bit hot, so we slept like babies! Large fridge held our Costco trips groceries and beverages. Would def recommend!"

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"My son and I traveled here for our first trip to Hawaii- and our first trip just the two of us. We absolutely loved our time in Kona, and this was the perfect home away from home. The space was bright, airy, and always comfortable and cool. I spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and evenings relaxing there after our daily adventures. I especially loved hearing the birds singing and the one sweet zebra dove in particular who became my morning coffee companion.Brent was wonderful to communicate with before and throughout our stay, and was especially reassuring when Lala came through and we weren’t sure how it might affect our plans. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Kona coffee in the welcome basket was an especiallylovely touch! The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and prepare meals (including the freshest, most delicious fruit from the Kona Farmers Market). We also really appreciated having beach supplies available for our days out.One of my favorite parts of our stay was sitting outside each evening watching the sunset and hearing the conch being blown. Such a special way to end each day. We made some wonderful memories here and hope to be back!"
