"The staff was great, the security and the morning building maintenance guy are awesome. Took care of our car and maintenance guy keeped the place up looking great. I would definitely come back to this building if I return to the Kona side. What i didn't like were the bugs that are all over the place. Specially at night. Other than that. Our experience was awesome."

"5 stars! Very spacious beautiful condo. Plenty of room for our big family of 6 with everyone getting their own bed. Gorgeous, huge balcony overlooking the crashing waves up close and personal. Beautiful beautiful sunsets right on your back porch. You can quickly easily walk straight down to the water and put your feet in. We saw turtles and fish right from our balcony or up close and personal from the ground. Host was great and provided plenty of things any family would need on vacation. Very convenient location in Kona. Clean, comfortable. Definitely recommend!"

"This is a nice property that is located near the Kona town center where you can enjoy shopping and activities. My only complaint is that they did not fully disclose that the property does not have air-conditioning, nor do they provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I might stay here again, but I would exhaust other options first."

"The property had free parking, laundry, dishwasher, air conditioner in the main room only. The view of the ocean from balcony is nice but really good from parking lot with stairway access right down to the rocky shore-great for sunset! 2 mile walk from downtown. Does have rules for pool and quiet time that is enforced - not a party type place, more for a quiet calm environment. Overall very nice!"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The check in and out were very easy and smooth. The communication with the host was clear and easy. We spend a little over a week for a matriarch's 70th birthday and a family reunion. There were eleven of us. The house is quite spacious with lots of areas to relax with a book or engage with people. What's even more amazing is the outside area, from the beautiful landscaping, to the chic pool, and magnificent ocean views. There is a public beach access, and trust me you want to take advantage of it. If you want a sandy beach is just a 10 min walk away. The coffee farms are just up the mountain , no more than 20 min away in the cloud forest.The house and property were spotless, and the kitchen big enough to accommodate two grandmas cooking at the same time ;) I cannot recommend this stay enough. We had the best time, I am pretty sure so would you! Book it, folks."
