"Had a great time with family. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the Lanai. Very clean and open. We were disappointed about the pool next to the unit being closed for 6 out of the 7 days we were there. We only got to use it our 1st day. Lucky for us there was another pool to use. I did buy a couple of extra towels for the 2nd bathroom. The front door sticks and had to figure out how to lock it but over all had a great time. Thank you"

"World Class Service!! Mark and his staff were amazing. They checked in on us to make sure we were having a great time and to see if we needed anything. The amenities at the house were impeccable. Mark texted us ideas on beaches to visit and other things to do on the island. Our family of 6 had the BEST time in Kona! Our experience was enhanced by Mark and his team. Shellese is a rockstar! Thank you to Mark and Shellese for making our family vacation so special!!"

"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"Check in was easy. Overall, a great property. There were some stained bedding issues, but the after hours management contact was super quick to answer the phone and fix the situation. Please be aware: the grassy property connected to the property is not part of this rental. When we first booked, there were photos of it included with the listing, so we thought it was. Walking on it got us yelled at by a local, but then we were later told by the owner that it’s a sacred piece of land- a memorial to his deceased brother- so please respect it and stay off. It was nice to have a little public beach access right there though."
