"Das Hausboot ist grundsätzlich gemütlich. Um aber auf das Hausboot zu kommen musste ich mir Hilfe holen, da es zu weit vom Steg lag und ich nicht rüber springen konnte, mit Gepäck schon gar nicht. Auch beim runter kommen musste ich mir Hilfe holen. Ich hab schon mehrfach Urlaub auf Hausbooten gemacht, so ein Problem hatte ich noch nie. Auf dem Boot nebenan wurde von morgens bis abends 23 Uhr das Boot geschrubbt. Das war ein bisschen nervig. Der Blick vom Boot war leider auf einen sehr hässlichen...

"Der Aufenthalt auf dem schönen Hausboot war perfekt. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und es ist ausreichend viel Platz. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung aus dem Inserat und ist geschmackvoll wie auch praktisch ausgestattet. Olaf war unglaublich flexibel, immer ansprechbar und hat eine umfangreiche Einführung in alle wichtigen Dinge gegeben, die zu beachten waren. Ein rundum lieber, netter und sehr freundlicher Vermieter! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !...

"Das Hausboot ist sehr schön, aber leider mussten wir erstmal sauber machen. Der hohe Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt, wenn man feststellt wie geputzt worden ist. Die Agentur hatte uns allerdings angeboten, wir sollten uns melden, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, haben aber vorgezogen, es selbst zu machen, nachdem die Öffnungszeiten der Agentur immer erst Nachmittags waren. Aber unsere Ansprechpartnerin dort war ausgesprochen nett."

"Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."

An Well Appointed Apartment

"An excellent apartment with all amenities, fridge, crockery, pots, jug etc. 26 car spaces are available, but note the entrance is 50 metres before the public car park. Located in the middle of the city within easy walking distance of a super market. Highly recommended."
