Too few sockets, no place for cosmetics in the bathroom while just a shelf would make a change. For more then a week we wait for refund of overcharged payment. "Nice hotel with very good location - 10 minutes walk into the city center and 20 minutes walk to the lake. They provide a big garage for bicycles and very good and quality breakfast. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room, otherwise we had a really good stay."

"Great hotel in a convenient location. We needed a twin room which was accommodated. Very clean. Great hot water pressure. Room was basic but spacious. There's an elevator which is helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Eggs, meats, toast, crescents, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, veggies etc. And nice service. Close walk to the Christmas market and the train station. "

The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "
