"We visited the cottage as we were celebrating our 1st Wedding Anniversary and our beautiful dog Bella's 4th birthday! The cottage was quirky and beautiful with a fantastic sized garden. It had all mod cons....with a wood burner, range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and a copper bath which was amazing!! The owners made sure we had everything we needed and even left us some local produce which was a lovely touch, thank you! We really enjoyed our stay and loved visiting lots of different...

"Very homely - would suit four people although we were there as a couple. It is close to all amenities and within easy 5 min walk to beautiful Holt Country Park Walk is easy into Holt and local pubs restaurants and shops/cafes Only downside would be proximity to busy road - although house is fully triple glazed."

"We had a lovely stay in this cottage. It was as per description and very clean. Everything was provided, beds comfy, duvets warm and cosy, no complaints. Situated just around the corner from the High Street, lovely shops and cafes, close to so many different places. The access down the ‘shingled loke’ was a bit awkward but we found it the second time around! All in all we had a lovely short break and would recommend it."

"Very modern and well equipped property in central Holt with parking approx.200m away. Minor negatives - Cars park across the front of the property despite double yellow lines (1 hour parking slots in Cross St). Pillows very uncomfortable in bedroom - would suggest new ones and also provision of 2 sets of towels for people staying a week.. Door stop or equivalent required for door onto patio."

"Location super for many towns to visit and interesting things to do. Property was very nice but I have to say it like it or not, the kitchen needs a bit of Maintenance and I found the bathroom has a lack of shelves which would help. and the heating controls very complicated,"
