"This hotel is in a great location. It is within walking distance to Tintagel Castle (Gallos Statue & Merlin's Cave). The hotel experience was great; I received a warm welcome when I checked in at the restaurant/pub up front and they walked me to my room. The room was large and impeccably clean. The bathroom was not in or directly attached to the room, but it was my use only and they provided robes for traversing the 3 feet of hallway between doors. "Quiet and clean, with a simple Check-In and Check-Out process. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles, and spacious rooms. Great shower and heating kept us warm during a rainy week. Easy route to get to Woolacombe beach."

"Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning."

The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day. Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside. A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying...
