"7th floor rooms aren’t very convenient as You need to take 2 separate lifts at opposite ends of a corridor to access your room. During my stay, one of the only 2 lifts to 7th floor was out of action so getting to and from breakfast in the mornings took too long. I tried taking the stairs but once in The stairwell, you can’t get out except thru emergency fire exit doors on ground floor to the street - I couldn’t get back into the rooms corridor. Other than this the room was as great. Pretty basic amenities in the room eg combined body wash and shampoo not separate; no moisturiser, rooms don’t have an iron and the iron I was given had cracked metal base which snagged my dress! It’s auto checking in and checking out so great if you’re on business and dont want to queue for reception etc. "

"Apartment did not come with any supplies aside from a small dish detergent bottle. No conditioner, face tissues. There was a kitchen but broken supplies, cheap, bent IKEA knives. No salt or pepper. There was a washing machine but no detergent. The apartment did not look like the pictures shown on the website and was very bare. The walls were white but with stains. Water pressure would plummet the hotter you make it. Water temperature was inconsistent once you set it. Mirror lights did not work. The place was very quiet, not very much street noise. Overall this place was okay but be prepared to buy extra supplies such as soaps, conditioner, spices, detergent, etc."

"Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced. "
