"Perfect weather for a getaway! Great location to get to get around. Cottage was perfect for us. Fire pit was great to hang out at. Went kayaking across the street. Beautiful lake. However, the access to the lake was a wee bit steep but we are in shape to handle it. All in all it was a great time!"

The listing could have been more descriptive regarding the separation between the large bedroom and full bath from the rest of the house. Too many air fresheners! "Everything was easy and fine at the space. I had to stay for family reasons - so "location" was the most important factor to me. The worst thing in the unit is that the spiral stair is narrow - and a fat person or person with bad knees is NOT going to be using that stairwell easily. Otherwise, the unit had everything I needed and was perfectly appointed for an easy weekend stay. Enjoy!"

"This house is definitely secluded, so if you like privacy, and we do, this is the place for you. The house is well stocked with breakfast food, and food for guests is well marked. House is spotless. Bed is comfortable. I had a long phone conversation with Lisa and she was friendly and honest about what to expect. It's a short drive to the sights in the Hudson Valley. The only caution is the gravel driveway leading to the house is long and rough."
