"We had the most wonderful stay in the hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and their customer-first attitude. There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. "A special shout out to Sian on reception for being so lovely. I turned up at the hotel a little emotional after receiving some bad news and she was really lovely to me. This was my second stay at the hotel. I think the deluxe room is considerably nicer than the standard room, however, the bed felt really firm. Otherwise, the grounds and inside the hotel is lovely."

"Fantastic hotel in central Manchester - 2 minute walk to the metro. Lots of great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel room was clean and spacious with comfy bed and electric blackout blind. Lovely swimming pool which guests can pre book for a one hour slot. "

The breakfast was very good especially the buffet english breakfast. China town is opposite the hotel so your spoilt for choice for restaurants, plenty todo shopping entertainment etc as its eight in the heart of the city."
