Welcome to Kiwi Cabana ~ This convenient and comfortable ground level home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is plenty of room for up to 6 guests. Located in the heart of it all and just a short stroll away from the powdery white sands and award-winning sunsets of Anna Maria Island!
You cannot beat this home for it's central location in the Heart of Holmes Beach. Staying at Kiwi Cabana puts you within walking distance to all the best spots to eat and drink including the Feast, Freckled Fin, Island Creamery, Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks and much more! The private, fenced-in yard is a tropical oasis with lush landscaping and a generously sized heated pool. Plenty of outdoor seating allows you to enjoy poolside dining after you cook on the gas grill. The beautiful and unspoiled beach is just a few blocks away.
Retreat for the evening in the master bedroom which offers cable TV and ensuite full bathroom. The second bedroom provides cable TV as well and two twin beds for the family to spread out. Another full bath in the hall features a shower and tub combination. Sleep up to 2 additional guests in the living room on the brand new memory foam sleeper sofa. As with all of our homes, this beautiful retreat provides professionally laundered linens and towels. Never worry about bath towels, sheets and beach towels during your stay.
If you need space for a larger group of friends or family we are happy to offer Kiwi Cabana in combination with Key Lime Cottage, which is the other side of this duplex. When rented together the entire property sleeps 12.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
PET POLICY:
We are DOG FRIENDLY! At this home a fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.
2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 25 lbs maximum per pet.
Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:
Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
