Newly remodeled! 2 BR and 1.5 BA second-level condo just steps to the white sand and turquoise waters of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island!

Enjoy the serenity of our cozy home with views of the Gulf from the living room and kitchen! Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cookware, bakeware, and grilling supplies to cook great family dinners. Wrap around balcony is perfect for relaxing to read a book or enjoy your favorite drink while watching the amazing sunsets.

Our home also includes queen sized beds, full shower with tub, WiFi/cable, washer and dryer, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella, wagon, and plenty of towels for your stay.

Two parking spaces available.

Conveniently located walking/biking distance to Walgreens, Publix, many other stores, and restaurants!

Perfect location

Wonderful stay at this home! It was perfectly situated near a wonderful and charming beach access! Walking/golf car distance to all of the local stores. Loved our stay!

Repeat Stay!

This place is amazing and so is Darren. We stayed one week for 2024 spring break and came back for almost two weeks this year! The accomodations are super clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach supplies are furnished. You can't beat the location! Walk to Walgreens, Publix, restaurants, and most importantly, walk just a few steps to the beach! Love this place!

An absolute gem of a property! The house has everything you could want to be able to enjoy a relaxing stay! Located close to everything you need. The beach area across the street is quiet and seems to be situated between the busier public areas! Highly recommend and will definitely return for another visit in the future! Such a gorgeous area🏝️
