Great location and lots of space!

Beautiful view of and easy access to beach. Nicely updated kitchen with everything we needed. Great big bedrooms with super clean baths! We would definitely rent again.

Sunsets galore!

Spectacular location with gorgeous sunsets every night. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Master BR very large and comfortable. Only minor complaints were soft mattresses in BRs #2 & #3, and no gas grill.

Location,Location,Location - Amazing gulf access and view

The house is right off the gulf with great access, view and nice deck. The house is older but the kitchen has been updated and is incredibly well-stocked with nice pots/pans/dishes/utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are not updated. The windows/glass doors are older and get drafty so temperatures vary from guest bedrooms to Master bedroom which has double glass doors and faces the gulf. We happened to be there during a cooler and windier month. We would definitely rent again! The location, view , beds and kitchen made it very special.

We were moved to Breakers 3 and will say it was better than the first unit for view, cleanliness and overall quality. Jason from maintenance helped us remain safe and positive! The cleaning staff could have done a better job; cleaning out debris from kitchen drawers and organizing the kitchen cabinets took the first 30 minutes of our vacation. Additional cleaning of beds and baths another 30 minutes. After that, it was ready for us to enjoy and relax, which we did.

And the Rental agency is top notch in terms of fixing quickly anything that needs maintenance. Since we rented for a month, we paid for extra housekeeping and that company was easy to work with and they did a nice job. We have stayed here before and will stay again!
