"needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I do think the property does need updating a little and it would have been nice if the hot tub had been filled on arrival, the hot tub also needs a cover as unless you like cold feb rain wouldnā€™t have been enjoyable. "The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well. All in all a brilliant...
