"Hotel is perfect if you just want to have somewhere to sleep if you are heading to Gatwick. Basic. But quadruple room was perfect for us. Parking is an extra £5. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. 3 miles drive to APH if you are parking there. Which we were. So perfect. Having driven down from Macclesfield."

"Ahmed (Mohammed) was very very kind! I will say that he definitely upgraded me and treated me very well. I was the only one that have the working air conditioner out of the entire hotel. That is a positive but also negative as there should be an update done and air-conditioning should be included considering there was a heat wave when I was there. Another thing that irritated me was that they had a voicemail on their phone that said dinner went till 10 PM but when I got there by nine, the kitchen was closed and there was a little bit of an argument on that. In the end, he did go and make something in the kitchen, but they really need to update all their policies and times. The hotel smelt awful. It smelled like a dirty rag. And I did not like the fact that it did not have an elevator. As someone with medical conditions, I prefer to have an air conditioner and an elevator. Other than that, the stuff was great. I had contacted Aisha a bunch of times to write a review and I was ignored. In my opinion that isn't the greatest form of customer service."

"Very good for us as we were attending a convention nearby. Happy to give a 4/5, would have been perfect if the bathroom railing wasn't broken off already, and the TV had almost no options for us, as we would need access to a Netflix or whatever account you need for it. Live TV was non existent, believe me, we tried! There were a couple of free channels to watch, but mostly true crime stuff or judge Judy, or the cheesy older films. We found a few options thankfully, but it wasn't the end of the world. :) Had a bit of everything else other than that, fridge, microwave, utensils, etc so you can cook, and storage under the beds for luggage was a plus. Staff were helpful with my queries over the phone as well. Definitely will try this place again if we're in the area. Thanks again for all your help!"
