Welcome to SoundSide Cottage – A Waterfront Getaway in Queens Grant, Topsail Beach!

Looking for a peaceful coastal escape with every amenity you need for a perfect beach vacation? SoundSide Cottage is a newly renovated canal-front home in the gated community of Queens Grant, offering direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway, beach, and a beautiful in-ground pool.

This affordable retreat sleeps up to 8 (10 max) and is ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Two bedrooms feature brand-new queen beds, and a spacious upstairs offers two full bedrooms one with a full-over-full bunk plus another queen bed – perfect for the kids or extra guests. The other with a queen bed. The living room smart TVs are available in every room for your entertainment.


Amenities include:
• Linens provided – no need to pack sheets or blankets!
• Private boat ramp and dock – bring your boat or jet ski!
• Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a Keurig (pot or pod), and full barware.
• Starter items provided, like coffee, toiletries, paper products, and detergents.
• Family-friendly extras available upon request: pack & play, high chair, white noise machines.

Enjoy the Topsail sunsets from your kitchen window or take your boat into Surf City for waterfront dining and shopping. Whether you’re into boating, biking, or beachcombing, Queens Grant is the perfect home base.

Booking Details:
• Must be 25+ to book, with valid ID and matching credit card.
• $500 security deposit required via Ownerez, along with a signed rental agreement.
