You and your loved ones will enjoy the best of both worlds with direct access to the sound or endless beach days. A sandy, sound-side beach is an inviting place for younger guests to play by the water, while adults can take a swim from the dock. A dock/pier and floating dock (shared between the other homes on the street) are available for boat moorage. Early risers can catch the sunrise on the beach, while the enclosed porch and sound-side deck are the perfect spot for afternoon lounging.

Two separate living areas inside the home provide plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The eat-in full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare group meals which can be shared around the banquet-style dining table.
