For a hassle-free option, consider daily setup from Topsail Beach Service (use code CAROLINALANDINGS), or rent a Shibumi or Solbello from Sweet Dreams Linen.

🐾 Dog-Friendly
We love dogs! Surf City is dog-welcoming, with pups allowed on the beach and outdoor patios. Pet fee is automatically included when you add pets to the reservation.

Note that Twin Landings consists of two separate 4-bedroom oceanfront houses, often rented individually; when booked together, the top decks connect for easy access—perfect for large multigenerational families—while each home maintains its own private deck and beach access when rented separately.
