Our newly built 2023 luxury home offers over 3,200 sq. ft. of salt life living with 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, & 4.5 baths. It can sleep 12 guests, expandable to 14. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, linens and bath towels, beach gear, & bathing essentials. The private backyard oasis, adorned with a charming fire pit and 7 person hot tub, invites relaxation and memorable evenings. It’s your dream coastal getaway!

Ideal house, good location.

We loved this place! Everything was shiny and new. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were comfortable. Beach access was easy and the house came with all of the beach necessities. We would definitely stay here again.

Great way to kick off summer!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone, lots of decks to hang out on, great backyard space with fire pit/hot tub and big screen tv. Beach was a short walk and access was very easy. Owners provided great guide before our visit with lots of suggestions and also available in hard copy at the house. Our first visit to Surf City/Topsail and hope to come back!

Perfect Beach Rental

This property has everything anyone could possibly need and want in a vacation home! You'll find nice surprises throughout. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable and linens are supplied! Everyone enjoyed the large beautiful hot tub.The elevator was a back saver
