This home features central air/heat, color cable TV (flat screen in living room), dvd player, wireless internet access, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, ceiling fans, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, cold only shower on deck/walkway to beach, carport with a picnic table, large oceanfront covered porch and sundeck with deck furniture (chairs & table) & gates.

This rental provides bed & bath linens, beach towels, kitchen spices, basic staples such as ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, laundry detergent, paper products such as paper towels & toilet paper, plastic wrap, beach chairs and even dog bowls. Just bring yourself, your family and your clothes.

Dog Friendly! Max 2 dogs allowed, not to exceed 50 lbs. each.  Sorry, no cats are allowed.
Rents Weekly ONLY - Saturday turn day ONLY.

This vacation home is located approximately 2.3 miles south of Surf City traffic light in Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See Ward Realty's website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
