Since Blue Breeze is tucked back behind the main road,  you can let your kids ride their bikes while you walk the dog. The location is everything: only a stroll around the corner from the waves, situated between the ocean and intercoastal waterway on Surf City just steps from Oceanfront. Up on pilings with decks for days, and just steps from a level, easily walkable public beach access. Fishing, boating, swimming, shelling...Topsail has it all. Minutes to restaurants, shopping and more, this beach oasis is waiting for you.

This property is economy rating: property will be cleaned and sanitary for your visit, but conditions are unimproved as to flooring, paint and furnishings. 

Ground Level: Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Outside shower. Stairwell to Entry Level 2   *There is a private rental unit on the ground floor.*

Entry Porch: sound side, expands to full width porch.
Full Kitchen: stainless steel appliances: gas 5 burner cooktop, range hood, double wall oven, convection microwave, dishwasher, granite counters, glass tile custom backsplash, refrigerator/freezer.
Half Bath
Living Room: sectional, wall mounted smart TV, surround sound, credenza, ping pong table, 2 ceiling fans, bar seating at kitchen window, ensuite porch.
Living Room Porch: sound side, all weather settee.
Formal Dining Room: dining table seats 6, doors to ocean side covered porch.
Ocean Side Porch: outdoor dining table seats 4, propane grill, shared access with queen guest room.
Queen Guest Bedroom Suite: antique brass queen bed, pine paneled focal wall, dresser and mirror, ceiling fan, ensuite bath, ensuite porch.
Ensuite Bath: bathtub and tiled shower, granite topped single vanity, toilet.

Level 3:
First Bunkroom: twin over full bunkbed, dresser, ceiling fan.
Shared Hall Bathroom: bathtub and shower
Shared Porch: ocean side, covered
Second Bunkroom: twin over full bunkbed
Laundry Room: auxiliary toilet, wash tub, stacked washer/dryer

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3:00 pm and are guaranteed by 5:00 pm
Check Out is by 10:00 am
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: Dogs Only Allowed. No limit on size. Your first pet is included in the price. A second dog is allowed with additional payment.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
