Head down the central hall to the four bedrooms, one with a private bath with a shower and the hall bathroom. From here, you can also head out to the back covered porch and a stairwell leading to the fenced-in backyard - a perfect place for your pet to roam around and enjoy the sunshine! This easy one-story home is a great place for your family and 4-legged family member to relax and unwind!

Your beach rental is located approximately 2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!? Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Island's past.

This property rents Sunday to Sunday during June, July and August; will allow partial rentals during all other times.

$200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for 1st Dog. Additional dogs are $50 each non-refundable. Max number allowed is 3. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
Garage not available to tenants.
