Your vacation will be filled with “After Dune Delights'' in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. The reverse floor plan puts the open living, dining and kitchen area on the top floor, maximizing your ocean views. The elevator makes it easy to bring everything upstairs. The comfortably furnished living room includes sliders to a covered deck with both ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views. The cathedral ceilings and natural light create a bright and open space. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for delicious meals, served around the dining room table or taken outside on the deck to enjoy the breezes. Two covered decks and a sun deck provide several options for enjoying both sunrises and sunsets, along with ocean and ICW views. With the public beach access just a short stroll away, you can easily enjoy your days at the beach.

You'll be close to the middle of Topsail Island, which is the main business district with restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

The house was beautiful, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking. The staff at Ward Realty were amazing. The only thing I would add is a smart tv or cable be put in 2nd floor queen bedroom. Only able to pick up 8 channels on tv. This was the only tv that was not a smart tv. Would definately recommend staying at this house. The elevator was so nice. Did not have to carry anything up or down the stairs.

The trip was nice. Definitely appreciated the elevator! Rooms were small, but beds were cozy. We had issues with the washing machine, tv, and iron. Found lots of hair on the bathroom floor. Carpets need cleaning. Overall, it was ok.

The property was as listed.. it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.. location was good, there were a few bars/restaurants near by.. the majority were about a mile away. I would of like to see an outside dining table. We sat on the decks and watched the ocean sipping our drinks. It there was no where to put them.. Overall it was a great house! I would recommend booking..

Nice Vacation Rental
This vacation rental was a great place to stay for our weekend getaway. It was a very close walk to the beach and you had an amazing view from the balcony of the ocean. The house was beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The realty company was very good with communication and expectations. The only thing I can complain about is our neighbor. I will not stay here again because of the unnecessary drama they caused us during our stay.

Fantastic Home
We had an absolutely amazing time. The location was great and the house was super clean. My kids didn't want to leave. Communication from the rental company was great and checking in and out was a breeze. We love Topsail and would definitely book this house again.
