1. Entire Cabin: Guests have exclusive access to the entire cabin during their stay.

3. Parking: Guests have access to parking spaces provided on the left side of the cabin and additional parking in the cul-de-sac.

⚠️ GENERAL ⚠️
- We kindly ask all Guests (and any Visitors) to follow these House Rules and any guidance from our Property Manager during your stay.
- If you have any concerns or issues, please inform Camp Galler.

🔊 NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD 🔊
- Our Vacation Rental is family-friendly. Please supervise your children for their safety.
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours (10:00 pm - 7:00 am) and when arriving or departing, to respect our neighbors.

🔟 VISITORS 🔟
- The cabin can accommodate up to 10 guests unless approved by Camp Galler. Only approved guests may stay, with a maximum of 16 people including visitors, in cabin at one time.

🚮 GARBAGE AND RECYCLING 🚮
- Please dispose of trash in the dumpster across from the cabin at the end of your stay.
- Recycling is not available currently.

🔐 SECURITY 🔐
- For your safety, lock all doors and windows when leaving the cabin. Before checkout, ensure all lights are off and doors are secured.

♨ HOT TUB ♨
- Enjoy the hot tub with up to 7 guests at a time.
- Children under 9 must be supervised in the hot tub. Please use your best judgement on access to children.
- Limit soaking time to 15-20 minutes, no glassware, diving, or jumping.
- Proper attire is required, and please cover the hot tub after use.

🔥 FIRE PIT 🔥
- Wood is not provided, but there is a communal wood area available for your use. Feel free to use the fire pit and leave any unused wood in the designated spot.
- Extinguish fires before bedtime, return chairs, and keep the area clean.
- No glassware, kicking rocks, or leaving trash near the fire pit.
- Turn off string lights and ensure a safe environment.

🌤️ SCREENED-IN PORCH 🌤️
- Food and drinks are welcome but clean up nightly.
- Please do not prop open screened doors.
- Return remotes to table and furniture returned to it's original spot.
- Please report any screen damage.
- 🚨 Turn off the heater after use! This does not have a timer, and needs to be off when not being used. 🚨

🚭 SMOKING 🚭
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigs are not allowed inside the house.
- Smoking cigarettes is permitted only near the fire pit.
- Dispose of cigarette butts in guest provided ash tray, or trash, not on the ground please.

🍔 BARBECUE 🍔
- Clean the grill after each use and turn off the propane.
- Cover the grill when cooled down.

🔞AGE REQUIREMENT🔞
- We are a family friendly cabin and ask that the booking contact guest be 25 years or older to rent our vacation rental.
