"We just got back from a lovely relaxing stay at the muse guesthouse. Myself and wife spent 2 nights here and was so well looked after, we was greeted at arrival with a glass of Sangria and snacks. Tea ,Coffee and beverages available all day, Breakfast very nice and plenty of it, sets you up for most of the day, Being British they even made me a very tasty full English breakfast. We visited the Harley Davidson museum and downtown Milwaukee ,lots of shops ,restaurants and bars, really enjoyed...

"Breakfast is inconvenient on Mondays and Tuesdays. Food options are also a challenge. Hotel rooms, while they're clean, are tired. Technology in the room is not very user friendly and when I asked the staff member to come up, they never showed. Short of that, it was fine."

"We stayed during a peak period and the cost was very overpriced. Nice place but not worth the $400 a night. Unfortunately, this happens during peak but it would have nice if they through in free parking or breakfast for the cost differential. Other than that, I liked the property and the staff was excellent."

"Well deserved excellent ratings on Expedia. Clean room, friendly staff, great location within walking distance of The Public Market and The Hop (free trolley service). Included in your rate: Hot breakfast, daily afternoon popcorn, and nightly buffet meal with 3 drinks. Parking is available adjacent to the hotel at extra cost that you can add to your hotel tab (with in-out privileges). Best to let the front desk know before you use the parking lot the first time. There’s a Skywalk between the lot...

"Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size."

"A unique place in a great spot. It was quiet and clean. Our room's A/C wasn't working, but we didn't find that out until 12 a.m. The On Tap bar attached to the hotel was nice, but the music was way too loud. When you can't hear the person next to you, it's a problem. I'm not sure why bars do this. No one likes it. Apart from those it's a great place. Street parking if you can find it. Valet for $40, or park one block down in a garage with hourly rates."

"This hotel is quite expensive, but the service was surprisingly stingy. We asked for just one extra bottle of water, and the staff refused. For the price we paid, such a small courtesy should not have been an issue. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and denying something as simple as an extra bottle of water left a very poor impression. I expected much better service from a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again."
