"Schöne Wohnung mit freundlicher Möblierung. Das Sofa ist groß aber sehr unbequem. Aus den Bildern war nicht so gut zu erkennen, daß das 2 Bett eine Schlafnische ist. Der Einstieg ist "ü65" etwas zwickelig durch den fragilen Vorhang. Haus und Umgebung sind wunderbar ruhig und die City durch die naheliegende Straßenbahn 7 prima zu erreichen."

"The apartment is rather old and run down. It was very hot on the day when we checked in and the Landlord was kind enough to reimburse the cost of the fan that we went and purchased. The internet speed was lousy, so we did a digital detox :-) The bathroom has a tub with a shower curtain which could be replaced. Overall an OK stay.. The house needs maintenance."

"Die Unterkunft bietet fast alles, was man benötigt. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Rolläden etc. Ein Kinderstuhl wäre noch wünschenswert, ist aber vermutlich wenig angefragt. Die Lage ist ruhig, allerdings im Plattenbauviertel. Parkplätze vorhanden. Alles in allem gut!"

Der See als auch die Altstadt waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der See als Ausflugsziel lohnt sich wirklich, per Rad wirklich eine tolle Tour. Klare Empfehlung von uns. "

There was dirt all over the floor. All window drapes had dust and dirt on them. I had to clear it myself on our first day there. Owner promised to return the cleaning payment but that did not happen for strange claim that we did not clean up the place ourselves. "Oppiner St is a bit away from the main Train station and Marktplatz (town center) but it's right next to the Trotha tram station and there are a number of trams to whisk you either place in minutes. Beds are comfy and large (maybe even a King by American stds) by EU standards. Lots of space on multiple levels (there are a lot of stairs!) .... Rolf and Susanne are avail if you need them. Highly recommend!"

"Wir wollten einmal einen Kurzurlaub machen, der anders ist wie die letzten Jahre, wo wir immer zur Nordsee gefahren sind. Wir waren von der Unterkunft sehr begeistert, gut zu erreichen und eine große Wohnung mit alles was Mann braucht. Moderne Küche, sehr großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und ein Ankleidezimmer alles war Tipptopp. Die Umgebung mit der Altstad war sehr schön und der Geiseltalsee den kann man mit dem Rad umfahren, gut 28Km sonst eine Marina...
