Nice place, older home fixed up & well appointed with comfortable furniture & beds. Everything one might need is provided. Happy to recommend to others, however I would say Blocks from downtown rather than Steps.

We had a great stay at the property. Plenty of space for our large family. Kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and could run around. Property was very clean and check in/check out was easy. My family and I recently stayed here and it was amazing! Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all. Large kitchen and living spaces, huge backyard with furniture and an outdoor firepit. The owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and all my questions and also very attentive during out stay. Highly recommend this property for your stay.

The location is great, an easy walk to downtown. Plenty of room to sleep 4 adults in separate rooms. Nice little backyard with grill and fire pit that we put to good use. Would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

This property was clean and as advertised. It is nicely updated and so much room for our family of 4 and our dog. Its location is great. Walk ability is awesome to downtown and easy access to the beaches. We would stay here again.

The house is in the perfect location for visiting downtown Holland. The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.
