"Staff was lovely upon arrival. My friend and I were traveling with our medical alert service dogs and our two pets. We had no issues with accommodation. They were very friendly and welcoming, had all the recommendations for restaurants! Room 207 had bedbugs. We always inspect our rooms before fully settling in and I'm glad we did. Man at the counter was quick to move us over to a different room and offered to wash our laundry as a courtesy. We didn't have any issues with the new room in regards to bedbugs and we weren't bit throughout our stay. The floors in the new room were grimy, the door looked like it had been kicked in, the neighbors were a bit creepy, and the room smelled musty. Overall, it was a below average trip, but staff was nice. The bedbugs kind of ruined the whole vibe. "
