"I was impressed with the cleanliness of our room. I first stayed here 39 years ago, and from time to time over the intervening years. Better now than it has ever been. Professional staff did quick check-in. This is not a resort but adequate shelter in a rural area. The Central Cafe restaurant served a very good breakfast. "

We were a little disappointed that we were not able to launch the kayaks from the property due to low tide. There was only mud at the end of the dock where the kayak lift is during morning hours. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after swimming with the manatees in the unusually cool weather. "
