"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. "Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay...

"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"We loved our stay at Shore Breach. Would strongly recommend this comfortable house in an incredible setting. The deer and rabbits on the lawn made it so magical for our children and we were well placed for day trips including Lyme Regis.
