"The hospitality at this property was a balm on a sore travelers skinned knee. We broke down here on our way to the Canyon and had to wait a few days for parts etc. Every person we’ve interacted with has been helpful and kind. Be patient with your kitchen cook/bartender/server-they're doing it all and with a heavy dose of kindness and generosity. If we needed something the front desk was willing to help-local shuttle info, toiletries, directions etc. The maintenance crew have been kind and work hard to take care of this beautiful property. The patio out back is also a hidden gem-peaceful enough to nap or shoot a game of pool. Seating around the property is comfortable. "

"As was doing Route 66, found this little gem along the way. Exceeded all my expectations with how clean, comfortable and lovely the room was for being a motel. Easy to park, plus a really lovely breakfast included. Right opposite you have a quirky oldschool bar/saloon with friendly servers and all the main busy town centre is just 2-3 minutes drive down in a straight line. Re that- Romo’s Restaurant is a must visit for great food."

"The hotel was welcoming, comfortable and clean. The pool/hot tub were also very clean. The personnel who work there were helpful and very nice. It wasn’t a problem for us, but there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We drink decaf coffee and there was only regular at the breakfast buffet. We understand that most people fine need or want decaf, but for us that was a bit less convenient. "
