"Bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and lumpy. More than one roll of toilet paper a day would have saved us from visting the front desk to get other rolls during our stay. Didn't like only having cold water to shower in. Pools would look more inviting if the bottoms were painted blue instead of the off-gray colour. Ladies on the front desk and the beach bar were pleasant and attentative. More sun shades over the beach lounges would be good and they would stop the birds from dropping their phoop on 'you' and the beach lounges. Breakfast was good; hot and a good selection of foods. Good central location to downtown and restaurants. "

"Our room was beautiful! We could see the pool and a little of the beach and ocean. We had a rooftop terrace that we enjoyed relaxing in. The staff were all AMAZING! Everyone was very attentive, helpful, genuine, and happy. We especially loved the servers on the beach. Julietta was just the sweetest and always made us feel special. The food at the restaurant was also phenomenal. On the days we didn't feel like going far, we were perfectly content eating at the resort. We will definitely go back! "

"We were on the second floor and the room had an amazing ocean/beach view. We had the far left room facing the ocean. The bottom floor would not be to bad but you lose some privacy on your balcony during the day. The place was a small boutique hotel so it felt comfortable and never crowded. The staff was friendly and very attentive to its guest. The daily free breakfast had your choice of I believe 6-8 items, which included juice and coffee. Choices were a full normal style breakfast (eggs, meat choice, bread), several different omelets, or chilaquiles (which was the bomb) and you ate breakfast on the beach. Could not beat the location. Perfect walking distance to the town center and easily accessible to walking the coastline. "

"Hotel has a capl and relaxing atmosphere and a very friendly staff. The pool area was nice to relax in as well. On our reservation it said there was a 20% discount for eating in the café next-door to the hotel but when we asked, we were told that they are not affiliated with the restaurant and there was no discount. We at there once and had croissants and coffee, which were good, but seemed a little bit high priced compared to other places in Holbox."

"The pool doesn’t look desirable to jump in but who wants the pool when you have the beach right in front of you. The room had what we needed. If relaxing and quietness is what you want this is not the place, it’s a block away from main bar areas and there is another beachfront bar right next it music is very loud but it was convenient for us since that’s what we wanted. "

"Room was great a little far from everything but staff was wonderful. Gave a 3 star due to distance and weather was not great had to eat dinner in our room for 2 nights due to restaurant being outdoors. Beautiful resort though."
