"This was one of the most incredible experiences we had in Japan. The staff and service level are extraordinary. The 8 or 10 course meals at dinner and breakfast were an unbelievable experience. We traveled with young kids with varying degrees of adventurous eating and the staff was able to prepare dishes that were more western (mini sausages, fries, sunny side eggs). "The view is great and the outdoor onsen are a gorgeous, facing the harbour to enjoy the onsen. The food quality is really average, seafood & meat , just like a fast food quality but they are very generous on the free flow of wine including sake"
