Staff were excellent and the food/drink was good. The only dissapointment is that there was nowhere to refill drinking water which is a surprise for a 5* hotel, and to buy bottled water was expensive."

"One of the best possible hotel stays I've had. Staff consistently went above and beyond to deliver excellent service and hospitality. Location is perfect, between river and beach away from the noise of town. Easy transport options with shuttle bus, or taxis/grab. Breakfast was always an abundance and room was always well stocked with tea, coffee, snacks and water. Excellent amenities, cleanliness, and couldn't recommend more."
