"Be flexible; room for ten but sleeping in three areas next to each other, like a hostel. And all using the one bathroom. Kitchen/bath are well appointed but the house is a former shop/storefront right on the street. Men from the barber next door stand on the sidewalk smoking from morning to night, and street only parking can be far as it fills up. Well recommend this nice room if you need the beds and are taking the metro to downtown (multiple bakeries & Brauhaus adjacent)."

Things to consider, like I believe most places in Europe, there is no air conditioning which was really rough on us this week in July.
