Holiday house starfish - at the Hohenfelden reservoir - Erfurt-Weimar region

120m² holiday home in a good location, directly at the Hohenfelden reservoir and swimming lake with a wonderful view of the lake and the forest beyond. The house, completed in summer 2017, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and has a bright and modern living / dining area with an open kitchen. The 540m ² plot with garden, terrace and grill invites you to relax. A garden shed offers space for bicycles, strollers and other sports equipment.
The entire residential complex is protected from through traffic by a roller door and offers the guests privacy, peace and relaxation.
The house is only 70m from the swimming lake and about 300m from the beach with adventure playground, nudist area and boat rental. The Avenida-Therme leisure pool with a large sauna area can be reached on foot in approx. 300 m.
The 40ha reservoir has excellent water quality and borders on a large forest area, which offers numerous sports and entertainment options, such as. B. Active park with climbing forest, archery, adventure golf and bungee trampoline. In 5 km distance open air museum Hohenfelden, as well as eagle and falcon yard Niederburg Kranichfeld. The Weimarer Land Golf Resort is 16 km away. The cities of Erfurt and Weimar and Arnstadt can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. Even in winter it is wonderfully quiet here and invites you to relax with the thermal baths. In December it is an ideal combination with a visit to the Erfurt Christmas market, one of the most beautiful in Germany.

Wunderschönes modernes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und ist liebevoll modern eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am See und das vielfältige Freizeitangebot im direkten Umfeld sind perfekt. Hier kann man sich gut erholen, aber auch aktiv sein. Kurzurlaub im Herbst

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage als Familie in diesem Haus. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren in einer ruhigen Umgebung und konnten einigen Aktivitäten nachgehen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Aktivpark, in welchen wir klettern und Minigolfen waren. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener und ruhiger Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub am See

Wir haben vier wunderschöne Tage mit 5 Personen im Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und in den Betten schläft es sich bei absoluter Stille fabelhaft. Vom Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Die Küche bietet neben hochwertiger Technik mehr als nur die Grundausstattung. Gewürze, Knoblauchpresse, jede Menge Geschirr und sogar eine Küchenwaage - alles da.Für den Einkauf bietet sich der große REWE Markt am Ortseingang von Kranichfeld an. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch von Arnstadt. Die aufwendig restaurierten Häuser der Bachstadt und vor allem die Liebfrauenkirche haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Besuch von Erfurt und die Rundfahrt mit der historischen Straßenbahn waren das Highlight unserer Kurzreise. Beide Städte sind in ca. 30-40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die schöne Terrasse am Haus lädt dazu ein, den Tag mit Freunden und einem Glas Wein gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vor, während und auch nach dem Urlaub (wie hatten etwas vergessen) perfekt. Wir wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben...

Herbstaufenthalt am See

Das Haus ist sehr schön und wird allen Ansprüchen gerecht. Es liegt in einer komplett eingezäunten "gated community" in zweiter Reihe am See. Meinen Vorrezensenten ist so gut wie nichts zuzufügen. Die englisch anmutenden Rasenflächen werden rund um die Uhr von Mährobotern betreut und sehen wunderbar aus. Vielen Dank auch für den (nötigen) Hinweis, die Fliegenfenster immer geschlossen zu halten! Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass in einem Zimmer - vermutlich das für die Großeltern - die Matratzen etwas weicher waren.

Sensationell. Einfach ein Traum.

Das Haus ist einfach perfekt und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail geplant und eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Man kann gar nicht so viel schreiben dass es gerecht wird. Die zwei Bäder die Schlafzimmer, die Küche einfach alles perfekt. Die Stand up paddles und die Nähe zum See sind der Wahnsinn. Man kann frühs nach dem Austehen einfach mal schnell schwimmen. Wir sind selbst bei schlechtem Wetter schwimmen gegangen und dann schnell warm duschen. Die Saunawelt und die Therme gleich um die Ecke sind auch super. Der Service mit der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern ist auch perfekt, so dass man nicht mit so viel Wäsche wieder heim fährt. Die Nachbarn sind alle freundlich. Ja einfach alles top deswegen haben wir auch gleich wieder gebucht. Ach und die Nähe zu Erfurt und Weimar auch top, um einfach mal Ausflüge zu machen. Nochmal vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub. Bis nächstes Jahr.
