"Our plane was almost 5 hrs late, arrived at hotel around 11:30pm, did call in earlier to mention we will be really late, the gentleman at bar/front desk was welcoming us. Also did not close the dinning area until we got a cup of hot water and hot chocolate. Good breakfast and nice scene in the morning, close to Diamond beach and glacier, convenient 1st stop from KEF"

"Nice guesthouse. Second floor room. Had everything we needed. Shared showers and bathrooms were never busy. Restaurants and walkable bays nearby. Parking in front. Quiet and restful night despite lots of guests coming ang going."

"My partner and I were passing thru and stayed here for one evening. It was easy to find, helpful staff that have greeted us on our arrival. If you are going to be late to your check in let them know in advance and I’m sure they can accommodate you with easy instructions. The property was clean, our room was comfortable, private bathroom is always a plus. Breakfast was also a plus, it’s simple but it’s perfect to get the day going for adventures. If you have a vehicle there are also dining options in the area. It was a great stay and recommend it to anyone that is considering. Thank you Milk Factory for the wonderful stay!"

"The private room was very clean, including the bedding and mattresses. The shared spaces were large and well maintained. Bathrooms were good as well. The only feedback I have is that opening the window brought many flies in, so a mesh screen on the window would be good."
