"All staff we encountered were friendly and approachable, right from the moment we checked in. Our room was spacious enough to 3 adults and included a TV, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and mini bar (payable). We had use of the spa included which was lovely, we sat in the outdoor hot tub as it got dark and the temperature outside plummeted to -4. What an experience! Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food although it did get busy early on as everyone heads out on tours around 8. We would definitely return!"

"My wife and I stayed here for a quick trip to Iceland. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Able to get early check-in for a reasonable fee on our first day. Conveniently next to a bus stop. Would definitely recommend."

"Although there aren’t staff present other than housekeeping, the team were very helpful with providing information and also allowing early check-in. The rooms were very clean and spacious, provided hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge - this was essential for us. Great location - walking distance from the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Personal preference - would like the option of additional pillows in the room "
