"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"Mooie locatie, schoon en value for money"

"Over all a very nice pension with somewhat simple but very specious room and modern bathroom. The only downside that people should be aware is that getting to part of the rooms require going through a series of up and down steep staircases. For guests traveling with heavy suitcases this could be quite an issue. Since we travel very light it was not an issue for us and as said the place is really nice, breakfast was decent with good choices and location is right at the city centre."

"Sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Sauber. Gutes Frühstück. Mann kann auch sehr gut abends im Restaurant essen. "

"This is old hotel build in fifties. 75 dlls per night is a good deal. Located at the bottom of ski areas, right beside ski lift. Incredibly helpful personal of three Ucranian ladies, managing also the restaurant. Food is excellent...I give this hotel 4 stars, just because the building is fairly old."
