My only complaint is that the website says the hotel offers "ample complimentary car parking on site," yet when we checked in, we were charged an additional £20. I expressed surprise at this, but as the reception clerk didn't yield, I figured I'd been mistaken. This took a bit of the shine off our otherwise pleasant stay. "
