"This place is great! They do not have a 24 hour reception but the self check in was fast and easy. The room was spotless and cleaned fully every three days. Even at 10am on New Years Day! We declined that one and just took some towels LOL We stayed for two weeks. The layout and the large windows gave a very open feel to the room. There was enough room for us to have visitors and not be crowded. The windows open to give some fresh air. The kitchen has a two burner stove, tea kettle and coffee...

"The hotel is located in front of tram stop. Room is large for 2 people but a bit tight for 4 people. Kitchen is well equipped. "

"Very good thank you. Good location. Only one thing, the kettle didn’t work and I wasn’t cooking, my only joy a coffee in the morning, so that was very disappointing to me. It was replaced but I had to leave early so it didn’t help me much."

"We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "En general esta bien, pero tratan al cliente como si fueran sacos se dinero nada mas, el trato y ciertos servicios bastante malos. Al final el precio no ha sido el estipulado sino bastante mas elevado. Necesitaba tener el coche vigilado lo explique en la reserva, en lo que me dineron que no habria ningun problema pero al final tuve que aparcarlo guera y sin vigilancia durante en 3 de los 7 dias que me he quedado. "Apartments are right next to the street car station. You can hear and smell the smoke of anyone standing downstairs. Extremely loud, where beds actually shake. Best part is when police or ambulance drive by at 3 am and put their sirens on!"
