Just minor things like the shampoo and handwash bottles were practically empty, and the air-conditioner had clean filter warning. When i mentioned this to her she said all the rooms have that. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
