"The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities. The check-in was a little confusing. The reception is at the restaurant next to the hotel, but the sign indicating where to check in was quite small and I initially missed it. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier."

"Shower at times got cold (fluctuating temperature). The bathroom floor get wet because the glass screen was not big enough to block the water from splashing out. Some problem with getting towels but quickly rectified by staff. Staff very helpful . If I had to return, I will return to this same property."

"This is a no frills, sport hotel, ideal for skiers and mountain bikers. Breakfast was abundant and we used the steam room and sauna available on the first floor."

"Absolutely spectacular! Our stay at VAYA was unforgettable. The hotel is modern, spotless, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete, the beds were extremely comfortable, and every member of the staff was genuinely warm and charming. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. "The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"
