"We had an amazing stay at Apart Relax. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a midweek of relaxing and hiking in the beautiful Ötztal. Jessica was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. She helped us pick some beautiful hiking trails and woke up earlier than usual for our early checkout. "Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. "Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the experience offered. "
