"Lovely staff, very clean, very good breakfast, and very close to the train station."

"Nice place with good lake view"

"Not fancy at all but clean, comfortable, good location close to train station. Lots of hot water for a shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was available and it was very good. Staff were very helpful and I was able to check in early which was very much appreciated."

"**Beautiful, modern, and comfortable, but very expensive** We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpina in Lucerne. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. "Our stay at Chateau Gütsch was awesome and filled with unique experiences, especially thanks to its rich history. However, housekeeping needs improvement; our amenities weren’t topped up, and we even had to buy our own toilet paper from a nearby market. It is a memorable place to stay, but the service needs to be sharper."

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"فندق جيد جداً يبعد عن السنتر 10 دقايق مشي غسيل الملابس عندهم سيء لم تغسل جيد لدرجه ان بقع الشكولاته على ملابس الاطفال على وضعها لاكن عموم الفندق زين. "

"Nice little hotel in a great location. Nice and close to the train station, lake, shopping and the bridge. Only bad thing was the WiFi was pretty much non existent up in the room and the furniture pieces were too big for the room, couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way."

"This is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained property. We had an absolutely wonderful view and the location couldn't be better. They also have a great restaurant. The staff were some of the kindest, professional, and helpful we have experienced in a long time. This includes the restaurant staff as well."
