Great neighborhood, house needs attention
"This is a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city. It was a great location. The house itself is really run down, out dated, and needs to be cleaned in several areas. The oven hood and surrounding walls were so dirty and covered in old food, the microwave didn’t work and the fridge was barely cold. ..."
