"The neighborhood was safe, the home was very clean and nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. Only thing was the home has lots of stairs. That was difficult in everyone especially with knee problems. Getting into the.city took 30mins- 1 hr depending on the time of day. Ubers ran 30-95 per trip depending har far into the city. We also took an uber to the ferry station and took the ferry Across and we also took the path. This place...

"We had 10 family members, 4 generations, staying here for our mini-reunion. The home was well-appointed and nicely updated. Walked to local restaurant/coffee shop, and was an easy ride to Manhattan where we did a lot of sightseeing. Everyone loved the place. "

"Property was as-advertised and was very conveniently located for us as we have family in the neighborhood that didn't have enough space to house everyone for the holidays. Can't beat the price and the restaurant and bar scene in downtown Jersey City is just a short cab/uber ride away. Hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Great option for anyone looking for more of a neighborhood feel for their stay in the NYC area."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."
