"Very nice property that was close to downtown Camden. The cottage we stayed in was very roomy and had the basics like a regular hotel room. The staff was wonderful and eagerly helped us with any needs. The hot breakfast was tasty and all we needed to start our day. I wish we hadn’t been so tired at the end of the day to enjoy the outside fire pit but we didn’t have enough energy left, however it was beautiful. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub however! Only issue was that our cottage was dated and you could see places that needed to be fixed or replaced but nothing that took away from our stay and our needs. Recommend this property especially with children."

"Maria's camp was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and the care that went into the property was evident. It is convenient to nearby towns but our family mostly stayed to enjoy the lake, which was quiet and clean. We have been coming to Maine for a few years now and this cabin was the perfect setting for a relaxing, lakeside retreat."

"This was quintessential Maine. Rustic and Family friendly. The dock and location were awesome! We even got to see the bald eagle a few times. Only issue is one bathroom in a place this size is difficult. The master bedroom downstairs could use a dresser. And maybe a closet to hang clothing somewhere. But there was such charm it outweighed the rest. We even had a Wedding Renewal on the DockSo this will always be a special place."

"This is an amazing location. One of the most beautiful lakes in Maine and close to gorgeous hikes and Camden. It is on a protected cove so almost no wind, easy paddling and perfect swimming. We had a wonderful time."

"I loved this lake cabin and will hopefully be back next summer! It was so magical to wake up to that beautiful lake view every day! Great location (close to Camden, Rockland, etc..) Super cozy inside and out, and perfect for reading and drinking tea. Absolutely loved it!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at Sunrise on the Megunticook! The home is beautifully airy and open, with plenty of space for our family - toys and all! We especially loved sitting out on the deck in the evening, looking out on the lake. A fun bonus was the telescope! Perfect for scoping out stars. Everything down to the linens and paint on the walls felt fresh and new. A short drive from Camden, we would definitely stay again!"
