"The apartment is very spacious and at the price a steal. It is comfortable and the toiletries and tea, coffee, etc. were all fine. The rooms are nice and it looked like a great deal. But we ran into some problems: it was a 3-bedroom apartment with two full showers/toilets. One of the showers did not work at all -- and so four of us had to use one shower which was very inconvenient. "Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"This was such a great location - near the train, near the Town Centre, near restaurants. And it was such a cozy, relaxing place. We stayed 2 days and then came back for another 2 days and it was so nice to have a place that was familiar and a place where I know the owners were responsive and considerate, not to mention clean!"

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

Feels like a hole in one
"First impressions of the hotel are very good, with its impressive site and it being part of the well-known country club. For the age of the building, the place is in remarkable condition. The hotel rooms are in great condition and all look surprisingly new. Wonderful views are available from the top floor and walks through the grounds and gardens on the ground floor. Food is excellent and very attentive, professional and courteous staff throughout the hotel. Ultimately, high marks and definitely a recommendation for the future."
