A special recognition to Kayden, Caroline, Sonny, and Luca Phu, the bellman, who did an excellent job from the day I arrived until the day I left. Their exceptional hospitality and service truly enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this destination for anyone visiting Da Nang. Don’t forget to go Spa high recommend."

"Place was beautiful. Lisa at the front desk made our stay amazing. They were hosting a triathlon and our room was right in the middle of it all, not at all relaxing. Lisa moved us to a quiet location and we couldn’t have been happier. Even with the event going we didn’t feel the crowd at all. Staff was friendly and super helpful. The beach was beautiful. "
